MADE SIMPLE

CONSULTATION

During our consultation process, we will meet with you to assess your project, incorporating your ideas to make sure you are getting the project of your dreams. We will work with you to give you the best plan for the project at hand, and tailor it to fit your needs.

All consultations done by Thunderstruck are free.

Agreement

Once you have decided that Thunderstruck is the best fit for your project, we will send you a contract. This contract will specify all the work that is required, as well as the materials to be used for the build, and the payment agreement. Once completed, we will secure the necessary permits, and you are well on your way to making your dream become a reality.

Permits and necessary paperwork

After receiving your signed contract, we can file all permits. Because of Illinois State Law, we also contact JULIE before every project, ensuring that we have permission from all utilities before we dig.

We get to work

After we have approval from all governing parties, we will be ready to get to work! We will contact you one week prior to starting, giving you the exact date that we will begin working on your project. From that point on, we will work diligently until the project is completed.
